USING THE GARDEN

• The outside lights switch is low down in the grey plastic box to the left on the outside wall as you open the left patio door

• Lock the patio door at all times when not using the garden

• Please don’t leave Missy outside if you are not using the downstairs space

• Missy might be naughty and eat plants/dig holes... if she is being like this just ask her to come in (with a treat) and close the patio door. Or you can use the gates to block off areas with the black and sliver fences if easier. If it happens, it happens.

• There are some comfy chairs in the shed you are welcome to use. The lock combination is 0808.

LOCKING UP THE HOUSE

• Front door: You need to use the key to close and lock the front door (slamming isn’t great as it shakes the house…)

• Close windows and lock the patio door before leaving the house

• Close the blinds in the kitchen/drawer the curtains in the living room

HEATING/WATER

• The thermostat is on the white shelves in the living room, just turn the dial to turn up or down

• We have a combi boiler so hot water should come on as you need

OTHER STUFF

• Help yourself to coffee, tea

• How to use the coffee machine (oh, and when you have finished making the coffee, pull the handle back up - this means it keeps cleaner for longer)

• The cameras might seem a bit creepy, sorry. We won’t be watching them but have them for security purposes

• Close the kitchen door when you go upstairs (so Missy doesn’t want to be up there with you)
